Conference Registration
Registration is mandatory for all accepted authors to have their paper included in the proceedings. At least one author per paper must register and present.

Payment Details Shared on Acceptance
Complete bank account details, UPI ID, and payment instructions will be provided in your official acceptance letter sent to your registered email address after the review process.
Do not make any payment before receiving the official acceptance letter from XIERF.

Registration Process

Receive Acceptance Letter
Wait for the official acceptance notification from XIERF after the peer review process.

Complete Registration Payment
Pay the applicable registration fee via bank transfer or UPI. Save your transaction ID and payment screenshot.

Submit Camera Ready Documents
Upload your final revised paper, payment screenshot, copyright form, and presenter details via the author portal.

Receive Confirmation
Get your registration confirmation, participation certificate, and conference attendance details by email.
Important Notes
At least one author per paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
Papers without completed registration will not be included in the proceedings.
Registration fees are non-refundable once the paper is included in proceedings.
Please retain your payment transaction ID and screenshot for future reference.
